I really got the free right now~~!!!
free from the CS..
free from that stupid bosss....which do know how to care his staffs.....
ask us to move so lots of stuffs from old office to new office...
and sit down to rest also get scold by him that why sitting at there and do nothing...
"hey,boss,do you know what is tired...??if you try to move like us,I think u can't climb up ah!!"
then,when we face any problem on computer stuff....
if you can't found the solution,for sure he will reply you with this....
"As you all IT grad,don't tell me that you can't solve all this problem,if you do not know how to solve,then I also don't know how to solve,then why you at here...!!
You as an IT grad should know all these right....!!!"
WTH~~!!!You though IT grad know all the stuff in hardware and software kah...??!!!
I just went there for two days,and can feel the stressness in it....
if the workload make me stress is ok,but now even got this kind of boss....
luckily I still can stop it....pity all the others colleagues which want to quit but bond with the contract....
But I m sure that this kind of company sure got lots of employees turn over...
thats right too....as I can see so far,there employees just a little few only....
hope they can improve their management role.....
