It's a new opening mall at Penang...
Visited on CNY'2011 (5th February 2011,Saturday)
Lots of shop lots and restaurants inside the malls but not fully open yet...
Got to visit on the next round....
Meanwhile...found the Yogurt shop Fruuze...
